Product Reviews (1)
The biggest problem with product reviews is you never know if you can trust the people who are giving you advice. There are a lot of swindlers out there who will lie and cheat you out of your money. So the only remedy out there is to read as many product reviews as you can and try to get both sides.
Commercial Washing Machines
Written by Douglas BernardCommercial washing machines are useful from the standpoint they save a business a great deal of time when it comes to laundering towels, sheets and linens. An example of the application is found within the motel/hotel industry.
The majority of commercial laundry machines operate by way of mechanical or thermal energy. Thermal energy is used by way of providing the laundry load with high heat temperatures during the wash and rinse cycles. Mechanical energy comes into play when the laundry is dried by the tumbling action of the load within the drum of front loading commercial washing machines or by the action of spinning as is evidenced inside of top loading applications.
Top loading commercial washing machines will generally have shorter wash cycles than the front loading machines: However front load machines may be purchased with a fast cycle.
A good many commercial washing machines come equipped with preset washing programs. The programs are devised for various types of fabrics, i.e. permanent press (materials), delicates and cotton(s). Also there are wash programs set up wit respect to the size of the load.
The commercial washing machine may come equipped with a dial or button settings. There are generally three wash levels on almost all commercial washing machines including full, medium and low.
Commercial washing machines usually are constructed of stainless steel and are not prone to rust. The commercial application can take care of enormous wash loads: Up to three hundred pounds at one time and can endure excessive demands such as fabric dyeing and bleaching.
In order to properly maintain your commercial machine it is recommended you inspect the fittings and hoses on a regularly scheduled basis. You will need to assure there is no rust around the fittings, there is no water dripping within the area and the hoses are not cracked. Hoses and fittngs should be periodically replaced every three years.
Also clean the tub portion of your machine approximately every three months. In order to do so set the machine to hot and allow water to fill the tub. Add one-half cup of baking soda and three cups of distilled vinegar to the hot water.
Once the machine begins to drain of water, move the cycle to spin. After the water has drained completely set the machine up for a cold water wash and run one more cycle. Remove the wash machine's dispenser and soak in hot water.
Commercial washing machines are summarily created to last longer and endure frequent use. The commercial machine may last a lifetime if proper maintenance is performed.
