When researching your Hoodia purchase, there's a good chance you'll have come across companies claiming to be selling the best possible quality of product. And to do this they'll show you copies of certificates from CITES and from Alkemist Pharmaceuticals.
This is great but are aware of other certificates that can be attained to prove the quality of Hoodia? If you weren't aware then that's OK. There's no reason for you to have known.
Over the last several years a number of companies have tried to cash in on the eagerness of people to lose weight with Hoodia. A lot of companies don't offer any proof at all of the quality but those who do make the effort normally only talk about Alkemist Pharmaceuticals and CITES certificates.
The problem is that even if they do show "proof" they might still be selling fake pills. Some companies might simply steal certificates from other companies and then block out important pieces of information.
If you do a search on the web you'll probably come up with a number of such examples. The certifications are full of areas of blocked out text.
So this is why it's so important that you look for Hoodia pills that don't have these blocked out areas.
One of the companies you should consider buying from is UniqueHoodia. Have a look at the certifications page and you'll see that there aren't any areas that have been obscured whatsoever. Not only do they offer the two certifications mentioned above, they also provide an Organics Annex Certificate and a Certificate of Analysis.
So what do these mean?
Organics Annex Certificate – this is offered to prove that there were no "middle men" that could have interfered with the Hoodia before being packaged up by Unique Hoodia.
Certificate of Analysis – this is given prior to the Hoodia entering the country and shows that it's 100% pure. The Hoodia has also been tested under High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
So there you go, UniqueHoodia has gained certificates far beyond just the usual CITES and Alkemist Pharmaceuticals.
Of course, Unique Hoodia isn't the only company to be able to make such claims. There are undoubtedly other companies around. However, please make sure you know exactly what you're buying so you aren't ripped off
