I have been trying to lose weight for years with almost all the possible tricks in the book. I tried fat burners and I tried different fasts like the apple fast. The problem with that was that I became allergic to apples after two days of eating nothing but them. Now every time I smell apples I get a rash, and start getting a headache. I can't recommend anything similar to that. Not until recently I tried the hoodia patch to help me with getting rid of some pounds, as most of the methods that I have already tried turned out to be nothing but scams.
The thing with this one is that I actually did not believe in it before I started using it. I tried to search the internet for successful studies that had been done with appetite suppressants, and with Hoodia Gordonii, but they didn't usually show any results with humans. Sure it worked with mice, but mice are a bit simpler organism than a man - hence I didn't believe they would work with me. But unlike most, I can't say that something doesn't work, until I have tried it myself - who knows I might be passing on the best invention since sliced bread.
Having a long history with diet supplements, I was very interested in the fact that I didn't have to eat any pills. The problem with that is that you have to take the fat burners five times a day usually, to make sure that you aren't overdosing, and that you will get a steady level of the thermogens in your body. The transdermal patch is supposed to give you an even dosage throughout the day, and you should be experiencing cravings during the day. When I put on my first Hoodia Patch I went online to find more information of them, and I did manage to find one study stating that they have had success with it. The subjects cut their caloric intake with almost 40% when nothing else that they changed in their life was adding the patch in the morning. This was a double blind study, where the subjects didn't know what they were doing, so I believe that it is valid.
And soon after reading this I noticed that I didn't have to get a Snickers bad at school before lunch. This was a bid difference for me, as normally even if I eat a heavy healthy breakfast including a lot of cereal and milk, I get sugar cravings one hour after it. For me this is already enough proof that it works, and I will keep on using the Hoodia patch until I am at the weight I want to be in. Since it is absorbed through my skin, I don't have to worry about having intestinal problems either.
