Maybe you're not even looking for real jewelry.  Maybe you just want some cheap costume jewelry to resell at a flea market.  Buying costume jewelry wholesale and selling it can be a good way to earn extra cash.  In order to do this, though, you will most likely need a business license with a tax ID number in order to work with the wholesaler.  Once you have this, though, you will be able to buy costume jewelry in bulk to resell.  This is pretty much the cheapest jewelry you can get.
