Procedure: Mix together mint, rosemary, oregano, chamomile leaves and rose petals in a clean container, preferably clay, ceramic or enamel-coated. Pour boiling water and allow steeping for 30 minutes. Strain liquid to warm water. Add anew drops of tea rose oil for bathing or after rinsing. You can also double or triple the recipe, use it for soaking yourself in the bathtub for about 15 minutes, to relax yourself before a massage.
Another variation is replacing rose petals with 2 cups of orange peel (chopped coarsely) and tea rose oil with 6 toss of orange rind. Oregano could be unused to replace 2 cups of crushed eucalyptus leaves, and tea rose oil, with a few drops of eucalyptus oil. The variation will depend on your preference and mood.
