By planning low-fat meals and having exact portions you can reduce a significant amount of calories. Also, switch to fruit and vegetables for snacks. The more we eat salty and sweet snack foods, the more we crave. Once these are cut from the diet and replaced with fruits and vegetables your body will start to crave these natural snacks instead.
