Fashion in a funny thing that means different things to different people. For you it might not be so much about shoes and handbags but tattoos instead. When it comes to choosing a tattoo you'll see that there are loads of them such as animal, religion, floral and tribal. It could be argued that tribal tattoos are the oldest type and still the most popular today.
In terms of tribal tattoos you should look at images of wolves, bears, scorpions, dragons and of course the snake. There is something so alluring about the tribal tattoo as they represent different qualities such as strength, loyalty and passion. It doesn't strictly have to be a male-orientated design either. Women are just as entitled to sport a tribal tattoo as anyone else.
For the location of your snake tattoo your might want to consider the back or the arm. When it comes to the arm you might have the snake wrapped around to create an armband. Try and take inspiration from as many sources as possible. You may wish to look at the very traditional designs alternatively you may wish to seek out something a bit more modern.
Whatever design you choose it should be as unique to you as possible as having a tattoo is all about displaying individuality after all. There's no point in getting a tattoo if you keep seeing other people with the exact same one. If you want a tattoo on your back you should consider having it placed on the lower back. Some people go for a really big statement and have a very bid design whilst others simply want a tribal snake that's more discrete.
Having a tattoo done is a relatively quick process. But it's important to bear in mind that you're going to have to live with it for the rest of your life. The tattoo you fell in love with today might not seem so appealing in a couple of decades time when you may even have grandkids of your own!
One thing is for sure, you don't want to go putting somebody's name on your body as a tattoo. You might think that your love for this person is never ending but all too often the relationship will end in disaster and you've now got a tattoo to get rid of or cover up in some way.
There are a number of companies who claim to be able to give you a semi-permanent tattoo that might last anywher between a few months and a few years. This sounds like the perfect solution however there are people who have found this to be nothing more than a con. If you really do just want to test out the idea of having a tattoo then you need to get the stick-on variety that lasts a few days or the henna variety that lasts a few weeks.
If your local tattoo artist says that a semi-permanent tattoo is possible then they are lying and you should stay well clear of them. Having a tattoo carried out by someone who conducts their business in a professional way is really important. If you use someone who isn't professional you could even end up with some problems if clean needles aren't used etc.
